Pediatric Heart Care is seeking qualified Medical Receptionist/ Front Desk Representative to join the growing practice and be an integral part of the clinic.
Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule Patients for Visit and Procedures
Checking In / Out Patients
Collect payments
Make appointment calls
Answering Phone Lines
Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
Insurance Verification
Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records
Other clinical tasks assigned by manager
Bilingual (Spanish) is a BIG PLUS
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish is not mandatory but it is a big plus!
Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills.
Ability to Multi-Task.
Insurance Verification Experience.
Be able to travel independently for outreach clinic (Baytown), if needed.
