ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Product Analyst - Port-to-Final Mile, you will support key operational aspects of Peloton’s in-home delivery and service business. This role provides data-oriented resources and tools to operations teams as well as various Peloton leadership teams across the country. You will regularly interact with both audiences, through strong communication and partnership skills.
The position is very fast-paced and requires heavy attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized with the ability to manage multiple changing priorities concurrently. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Become a subject matter expert in all aspects of Peloton’s delivery and services operating model and look for opportunities to apply this expertise to continually improve.
- Apply your knowledge of various delivery and service operations businesses to understand areas in need of operational support, with the curiosity and motivation to explore unknown areas of need and provide supporting information to leaders.
- Monitor, predict, and administer changes to systems by partnering with Salesforce team
- Partner with Middle Mile to support storage capacity requirement CI initiatives
- Proactively manage Peloton’s Salesforce Field Service Lightning long-term continuous improvement initiatives to improve system interactions
- Monitor Middle Mile storage reports and take appropriate actions to ensure cohesiveness between Middle and Final Mile
- Lead provider postal mapping process to support the Ops & Technology team’s resource planning, Field Ops schedules and supporting systems.
- Query databases and interpret the most up to date information to steer decisions.
- Conduct written and verbal presentations to share insights and recommendations to audiences of varying levels of technical experience.
- Educate leaders by becoming a subject matter expert in all things delivery and service.
- Collaborate with experts across other teams ranging from software engineers to vendor managers.
- Provide tools, insights, knowledge, and guidance that enables effective business decisions in labor management, employee experience, and financial goals.
- Build, and maintain reports in Looker, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Occasional project-based overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional work on nights, weekends, and holidays
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 1 years of experience using Structured Query Languages.
- 1 years of experience in request prioritization and scope management
- Previous experience supporting planning for operations, delivery, or repair teams.
- Strong MS Excel knowledge and ability - pivot tables, vlookups, & index functions
- Experience with capacity management software - e.g. Salesforce Field Service Lightning or ClickSoftware
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with routing systems and processes
- Excellent presentation skills
- You are open to and embrace changes in methodology and procedures
- Able to work well both independently with minimal direction and in a team atmosphere with a bias for action
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet
- Strong interpersonal skills
ADDITIONAL SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience with design and maintenance of summary dashboard reporting
- Redshift experience
- Salesforce Field Service Lightning or other previous Salesforce experience
- Tableau
