HR Business Partner (Contract)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner at our HQ in Santa Clara reporting to the Vice President, Global Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- You will provide support to employees and managers from coaching to corrective action; proactively maintain a positive work environment.
- You will assist managers in assessing and identifying resources to meet employee/departmental training needs and support employees to continuously develop their skills in their field of work. You will consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- You will conduct regular meetings with respective business units to understand and assess the short-term needs and challenges faced by the organization.
- You will manage employee events and be responsible for positive employee engagement and experience.
- You will manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective thorough and objective investigations.
- You maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partnering with our legal team as required.
- You will provide guidance, analysis and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- You will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in HR or related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills including timely and well thought out problem solving
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team player, ability to work at all levels.
- Ability to tackle problems under tight deadlines.
Salary & Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$140,000. Your base salary and title will be determined based on the location, experience, qualification, skills, knowledge, level, and pay of employees in similar positions.
