Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Team by helping to coordinate all Marketing activities, including but not limited to events, lead performance and campaign analytics. They are the go to person for the Marketing calendar and will be responsible for coordinating campaigns as well as post event tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented and represent the company in a positive way. Some travel may be required. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Calendar management for marketing team
  • Go to person for all events
  • Assist in coordinating prep and post event activities
  • Route incoming leads to appropriate sales team members
  • Point person for outside vendors
    • scheduling
    • post event follow up
  • Managing editorial calendar
  • Internal reporting of marketing campaign performance

Qualifications and Skills

  • Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel,etc)
  • Experience with Outlook
  • Highly organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience with Google Analytics preferred
