Analyzing and interpreting customer order and contractual data to understand financial and contractual requirements.
Researching in order-entry systems and databases for sourcing customer and third-party order attributes.
Working with internal business stakeholders on enforcing contractual requirements.
Partnering with stakeholders across the organization on process improvement initiatives.
Analyzing data and processes for implementation of process improvements and automation of day-to-day functions.
Communicating and summarizing problems for technical teams to solve.
Qualifications
College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience (2-4 years)
Experience in Telecom a plus.
Experience with SQL Server and Oracle SQL Developer a plus.
Experience with Contracts and Contract Interpretation a plus.
