Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator


Location: Maitland, FL


Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Bonus


Job Type: Full Time, Hybrid (In office T,W,TH WFH M F)


Benefits: Retirement (4% match), Healthcare (50% covered), Paid Holidays, PTO (3 weeks in your first year) (4 weeks after 5 years)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and schedule Interviews for Executive Recruiters and clients
  • As part of team, you’ll support Executive Recruiters to help our clients (fortune 1000 companies) find, recruit, and hire top talent in their field.
  • Market research for current and prospective clients
  • Data Entry for candidate and client database
  • Client and candidate outreach on behalf of the executive recruiter
  • Assist with and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clients
  • Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs and strategies
  • Prepare and review service contracts and agreements for clients and candidates
  • Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline
  • Participate in and develop special projects to enhance and improve the recruiting department's functions
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking for:

  • Self-starter/ someone who takes Initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have solid understanding of Word and Excel (must be able to create and manipulate advanced formulas, and reformat documents)
  • Must be willing to occasionally complete tasks before or after hours
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
