Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Maitland, FL
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Bonus
Job Type: Full Time, Hybrid (In office T,W,TH WFH M F)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and schedule Interviews for Executive Recruiters and clients
- As part of team, you’ll support Executive Recruiters to help our clients (fortune 1000 companies) find, recruit, and hire top talent in their field.
- Market research for current and prospective clients
- Data Entry for candidate and client database
- Client and candidate outreach on behalf of the executive recruiter
- Assist with and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clients
- Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs and strategies
- Prepare and review service contracts and agreements for clients and candidates
- Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline
- Participate in and develop special projects to enhance and improve the recruiting department's functions
- Assist with process improvement initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking for:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have solid understanding of Word and Excel (must be able to create and manipulate advanced formulas, and reformat documents)
- Must be willing to occasionally complete tasks before or after hours
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
