A medical supply distribution company is seeking an experienced and reliable Customer Service Specialist.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and enter sales orders into Quickbooks while maintaining accurate account information including shipping, special handling instructions, and backorders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Order products and follow up with manufacturers regarding backorders, damaged goods, etc.
- Run reports and create excel spreadsheets
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum two years customer support and/or administration experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
- Must be highly organized, dependable, accurate and be able to prioritize with minimal supervision
- Experience in the medical supply industry is a plus
