Proctors Collaborative is the Capital District’s leading regional arts organization with performing arts venues in Albany, Schenectady and Saratoga, and education, civic engagement, and economic development initiatives throughout the region. We’re changing expectations about how the arts serve a community.
We seek a digital marketing associate to support many key activities within our 14-member marketing team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
The individual in this position will:
- Coordinate the content delivery to our over 30 digital screens and marquees and troubleshoot related technical issues, and coordinate window displays with internal and external partners.
- Serve as the project manager for marketing deliverables for all corporate sponsors.
- Assist with the execution of marketing automation strategies and transactional email.
- Assist with organizing and updating our file storage and project management systems.
- Assist with organizing content for - and uploading our - digital Playbills.
- Assume HTML & website processing duties and take the lead on operating our website tag management system (Google Tag Manager).
- Oversee onboarding and day-to-day management of interns.
- Possibly serve as an account executive with internal and external clients and partners.
- Have other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS*
- Full-time professional experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising, publishing, or a printing environment.
- An aptitude for and / or experience executing basic HTML and WordPress functions, as well as Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
- Email marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent grammar, punctuation and writing skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- A degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evening and weekend assignments.
Additionally, you must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail and ability to consistently driving projects to completion on time under often tight deadlines.

This is not a remote position; marketing team members are expected to work in our offices though some remote work is possible.
