Job Description:
Be part of a team as a Senior Engineer with the interest, aptitude, and experience associated with the design, development, integration, and qualification of Aerospace Actuation products leading Commercial and Defense programs within our Mechanical Systems and Components product line. You will be the technical leader and primary decision maker for program cost, schedule, and technical issues. You will lead the prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance throughout the development lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Program/Project Management
- Cost account management skills in the SAP environment
- System and Component Requirements analysis and decomposition
- Control architecture and design
- Physics based model development and system design
- Root cause and corrective action planning and execution
- Mechanical Systems validation & verification
- Customer technical interface
- Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives
You Must Have:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering
- 10 years of Engineering experience in Complex Aerospace Systems
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to export and ITAR restrictions
