Position Summary:
As a Mobile X-Ray Technologist, you will provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities. You will be responsible for performing and processing X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, as well as performing EKGs if needed. Additionally, you will maintain equipment, communicate with dispatch and management, and ensure professional interactions with peers, supervisors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
- Unload portable X-Ray equipment and conduct exams ordered by physicians.
- Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images.
- Perform EKGs and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required).
- Scan exam-related paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis.
- Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.
- Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment.
Requirements:
- Maintain required State licenses and/or ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements.
- Hold a valid driver's license in the applicable state and maintain good standing.
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory; proof must be submitted with the candidate packet.

Physical Demands:
The position requires physical strength and agility to perform the essential functions, which may include:
- Pushing/pulling equipment weighing anywhere from 50 to 100 lbs.
- Higher weight when navigating facilities or homes.
- 50 lbs of force (or more) may occur 16 to 24 times a day.
On-Call and Weekends:
- On-call duties will be discussed during the interview.
- Weekend work may be required based on case load and will be compensated as overtime if necessary.
