Certified Pharmacy Tech

Responsibilities

• Entering prescription information and filling prescriptions
• Ability to fill partial scripts based on insurance coverage and customer needs
• Handling inbound calls from customers to answer product questions
• Outbound calls for follow ups/ETAs on shipment
• Provide pricing information for products 
• Accurately entering customer information and call notes 

Skills

Certified Pharmacy Technician (2 years of experience is preferred)

Insurance Verification (2 years of experience is required)

Data Entry (1 year of experience is required)

Critical Thinking (2 years of experience is required)
