CNC Machinist

As a CNC Machinist at you will play a vital role in our production process. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce parts that meet our stringent quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and configure CNC machines (e.g., milling machines, lathes) according to job specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software to achieve precise dimensions and tolerances.
• Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job.
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as necessary, and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
