Machinist/Fabricator Tech

Would you want to have every Friday off?  Apply today for this position and work for a national company, with a location in Milford, NH that offers 40 hours in 4 days. 6am to 4:30pm M-T  This is a direct hire, permanent position for the right candidate.  In this position you will be formulating and preparing diamond segments for diamond coring and drilling equipment. Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals. Ability to read and write English well. Math skills needed. Work with minimal supervision, this is located in a heavy production area, with substantial noise level and heat at times, operating a furnace.  If you have operated heavy machinery in the past, and are mechanically minded, this might be a great job for you. Responsibilities

• Formulates diamond segments by packing graphite molds with already established methods.
• Assembles and prepares graphite molds.
• Fires graphite molds in industrial furnace with exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Sandblasts product to expose diamond segments.
• Deburrs segments by using a belt sander.
• Disassembles molds using a band saw.
• Maintains good housekeeping at work-station.
