Responsibilities
Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI functions Ability to properly operate band saws torch drill presses grinders and other shop tools Works well independently and with others Good communication skills Organized with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment Basic mathematical skills used to add subtract multiply divide and use decimals and fractions 3 years experience working in Electromechanics Industrial Maintenance or relevant field Proficient with use of power tools measuring devices lathe andor milling machinery Previous experience using bearing heaters interference fits andor removing gear boxes or seized bearingsshafts Capable of reading and interpreting electrical schematics Basic to Intermediate Electrical skills are a plus Weldingfabrication skills are a plus Supervisory Responsibilities
The essential functions of this role include:manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time
