What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Randstad?
Do you have experience in administrative work? Are you knowledable in the construction filed? You can use both of the skills in the offcie Manager position. The ideal canididate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in office management. A self-starter who is comfortable working independent and must be able to start ASAP.
salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Ensuring that office administrative tasks are completed correctly and on time.
Perform clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Inputting credit card receipts, AP invoices, making payments to vendors, generating reports for other departments using various Software tools, including Sage 100 & Smartsheets.
Reconciling credit cards & vendor statements on the monthly basis.
Assisting on the documentation during different phases of the construction projects.
Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files.
Maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies when needed, and repairing or replacing damaged items.
Assisting with employee training and development activities such as creating performance evaluation forms or facilitating employee workshops on topics such as conflict resolution or time management.
Organizing meetings and events such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Resolve issues with the building and facilities, such as needed maintenance or emergency repairs.
