Responsibilities
- Administers safety training for all new hires.
- Develop capital justification and assist in the implementation of capital approvals.
- Carries out require lab testing to ensure product quality meet defined standards.
- Develops, trains and administer the critical safety standards for the plant.
- Champions the behavioral safety program for the site.
- Perform process checks throughout the system, including receipt of raw material, production, and packaging.
- Calibrate or oversee the calibration of all testing equipment.
- Schedule and execute sample submittals for batch type testing.
- Training employees on safety and quality control training programs and practices.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records.
- Assist with safety programs including safety management.
