Responsibilities

• This role will assist in various research, operational and administrative responsibilities related to processing of business entity changes.
• This role will assist with research and support analysis of firms that have a Mergers and Acquisitions deal pending, processing of Mergers and Acquisitions deals, and generating reports related to entity changes.
• Responsibilities include creation/processing of requests; scheduling analysis calls with firms and internal partners; management of internal communications; and creation and processing of internal codes for system accuracy.
• Role will also require tracking and management of deals in process and quality control of information accuracy for requests submitted.
• Role could also be required to provide additional support for capacity surges in advisor communications related to upcoming integration.
• Role will require training for both company systems and processes to be able to function on both B/D platforms.
