- Practice a user-centered, insights-driven approach to product design
- Collaborate with senior design talent: taking direction from them and supporting their vision and priorities
- Support one to two engineering teams depending on the speed and complexity of your projects.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit product and engineering team that follows modern agile practices
- Express early/foundational design directions through user flows, sketches and wireframes
- Apply design principles, design systems and regular collaboration across programs to support a cohesive product experience
- Define detailed visual and UI design through visual comps, prototypes and design specifications
- Perform basic design validation through user testing, surveys
- Stay nimble and iterative - evolving the approach based on new ideas and pressures from within and outside the team
