Warehouse Manager

Are you a hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing more than 15 employees? We are looking for a driven person to oversee and assist in the execution of daily processes related to the inbound and outbound flow of goods. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and confident problem solver who is able to lead a team.

salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

•   Directing and coordinating the support functions including; Quality, Inventory, HR, Safety Compliance, Training and IT support.
• Ensures that all operations and logistics functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established corporate and client operations procedures and requirements.
•  Provides leadership, communication, and coaching to employees; cultivates a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability.
• Plans, organizes, and directs, administrative, and warehouse activities to meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicator goals.
•  Experience in an ERP, SAP. Must have knowledge of Shipping/Receiving systems

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
