Who You Are:
- A dependable and professional Scrum Master with a background in project management, testing, or development.
- Experienced in Agile and Scrum practices.
- Skilled in managing software development life cycles and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in developing performance metrics, product roadmaps, and effective communication.
- Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Empower teams towards autonomy and self-organization.
- Guide the team in achieving set objectives, both as individuals and as a group.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget.
- Act as a liaison between the product owner and the scrum team.
- Innovate and propose ideas for team and company growth and improvement.
- Champion scrum values throughout the organization.
