What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Specialist position at Renewaire?
RenewAire, an industry-leader in Energy Recovery Ventilation systems, is seeking a creative, curious and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our stellar marketing team as we begin to collaborate with our sister companies under the Solar & Palau family!
As Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding/product launches of our Energy Recovery Ventilation solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop marketing materials for internal and external customers to drive growth and engagment via print, digital, web, social media and event marketing
- Monitor and maintain RenewAire website(s) and other CMS tools and report performance of marketing campaigns
- Assist with the development of new production introductions and rollouts via marketing collateral
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate functions and marketing events such as industry trade shows (regional and national), Ventilation Workshops, Ventilation Solutions Vehicle, annual Rep Council etc.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
- Must have a graphic design portfolio that showcases a broad production and design skill set, while also demonstrating the ability to successfully build assets that carry a significant amount of detail.
- At least 2 years of graphic design, video production, and website maintenance experience in a growth-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Must be adept at extending established brand standards and voice from one piece to various others
- Experience with website design and maintenance as well as the implementation and execution of social media campaigns
- Technical proficiency in the following: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro or AfterEffects, PowerPoint, Content Management Systems (WordPress preferred), Microsoft 365 Office suite.
- Familiarity with B-to-B marketing practices, strategies and methodologies is preferred.
