Renewal by Andersen of St. Louis has been expanding rapidly and we just keep growing! We are hiring motivated marketers with a vision for growth in our Neighborhood Marketing Program as Entry Level Sales / Canvasser. Canvassers following our proven system will generate at least 40 appointments per month, have the ability to make over $50,000 per year and grow into a professional Design Consultant sales position.

What will you be doing? You will be door to door canvassing, educating homeowners and prospective customers on all Renewal by Andersen products, setting appointments, and gaining qualified leads for our sales managers.
What it takes to make a difference here... In this role you will represent the Renewal by Andersen brand during our neighborhood marketing efforts to accomplish the following…
Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared and provided by renewal by Andersen to develop rapport and influence homeowners in targeted territories to secure Sales appointments
Go door-to-door in targeted areas looking for issues with current homes to introduce Renewal’s offers to potential customers
Demonstrate a vast knowledge of our products and services being canvassed to persuade homeowners to schedule a free inspection and estimate on specific home improvement projects
Collect contact information from homeowners and enter information gathered from face-to-face interactions into our Salesforce Customer Relations Software (CRM)
Confidently answer questions and confidently answer questions and address objections to meet daily goals set by the Marketing Department
Attend continual training to ensure you know all about Renewal, our quality products (windows, doors, etc.), and know how to use our software systems to set day/time for sales opportunities in our calendars for each market
Attend on and off-premise meetings
Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly quotas set by the Marketing Department
Qualifications Required…
High School Diploma or equivalent required
18 years or older
Happy to work outside!

Ability to present material in a face-to-face setting
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to use technology and a tablet
