Are you a B2B campaign Demand Generation marketing professional looking to take your demand generation skills to the next level? ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on, and metrics-oriented role for an individual who thrives in demand generation.

Your role...

The Demand Generation Specialist for ReSource Pro is a collaborative member within the marketing team, that supports the development and execution of client engagement programs across a variety of channels and develops new campaigns to generate new qualified pipeline, accelerate enterprise deals, and grow revenue.

In 6 months you will:

  • Produce and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across tactics including PR, digital advertisements, in-person and online events, email campaigns, print and digital collateral and presentation materials.
  • Translate strategy identified by the Director of Demand Generation and SVP, Marketing to campaigns and ensure execution aligns with established goals.
  • Manage brief submission process and ensure requested deliverables, context, and background are clear and documented.
  • Support campaigns and identify opportunities to weave campaigns together across functions (events, pr, digital ad, etc.) and track campaign deliverables to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
  • Collaborate with in-house marketing team members on all client-facing materials and activities to drive further engagement and a deeper understanding of ReSource Pro segmented offerings.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives, and to measure and report on key metrics from all activities.

What you need to be successful...

  • 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
  • 3 years of experience in managing and executing campaigns required.
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • Strategic thinking/planning skills and experience, with a proven track record of completing high-impact, results-oriented integrated marketing communications programs.
  • Experience utilizing Marketo and/or Salesforce required.

Your Compensation…
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $43,342 - $73,574.

The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
