Credit Collections Specialist
Job Posting for Credit Collections Specialist at RK Management Consultants, Inc.
We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Collections Specialist for our leading Medical Device Manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in credit collections. If you are customer service-oriented, possess excellent written communication skills, and excel at account reconciliation, analysis, and management, we want to hear from you.

- Manage the credit collections process, including contacting clients for outstanding payments and resolving payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of collections activity and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Utilize reconciliation and analysis skills to identify and address account issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring timely resolution of payment issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline collections processes and improve efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit collections
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- -Familiarity with JDE system 8.12 preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (additional language skills a plus)
