Compensation: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly
Robert Half is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. This is a PART-TIME long-term contract role with potential for contract to full-time in the Mechanicsburg, PA area!
Duties include:
- Serve as a lead point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Assist account operations team with opening accounts for new and existing clients.
- Assist with account maintenance and management.
- Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and executives.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports on account status.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Compile books, training materials, and other documents in Adobe.
- Provide administrative support as needed in the operations and compliance areas.
