Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to issues or concerns.
- Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our chemical products, their applications, and industry-specific regulations.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
