Responsibilities
- Execute accounts payable processes, ensuring the prompt and accurate execution of payments.
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices efficiently to avoid discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software systems and SAP to manage financial transactions and records.
- Maintain comprehensive vendor files to ensure easy access and reference.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, contributing to the accurate representation of the company's financial position.
- Monitor customer accounts closely, taking necessary actions to address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Use your Accounts Payable (AP) skills to improve and streamline payment processes.
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Leverage your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Must possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is required
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
- Familiarity with SAP is essential
- Ability to Process Vendor Invoices is required
- Must be able to Reconcile Vendor Statements
