Job Responsibilities
- Audit invoices, receipts, and reports for accuracy and compliance with company's financial policies and procedures.
- Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
- Provide customer service to vendors and clients while handling inquiries regarding accounts.
- Produce routine reports and summaries for management.
- Assist in maintaining financial security by adhering to internal controls and verifying the accuracy of documents and transactions.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
