Robert Half is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing team. Your responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Clerk will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. This dynamic department will provide you with opportunities for career growth and advancement. The opening for a permanent Accounts Payable Clerk is in the Simi Valley, California area.What you get to do every single day- Help with internal and external audits as required- Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily- Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis- Conduct full-cycle A/P- Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department
