This Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position is at a dynamic organization with a growing team, and will require the candidate to match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The Accounts Payable Clerk role will be situated in the Waconia, Minnesota area and is a permanent employment.
How you will make an impact
- Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks
- Execute full-cycle A/P
- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed
- Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners
- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling
- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis
- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed
- Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed
- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis
