Matching, batching, and coding invoices, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, processing checks, and resolving A/P issues are just a few of the responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk. Located in Poway, California, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a short-term contract / contract position.How you will make an impact- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling- Execute full-cycle A/P- Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department- Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners- Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis- Provide support during internal and external audits- Perform special projects as assigned
