What are the responsibilities and job description for the Co Location Specialist position at Robert Half?
Nonprofit organization is looking for an experienced Intake Specialist. Under limited supervision, the Intake Specialist will determine family eligibility and help parents eligible under the California subsidized child care programs gain access to child care programs and services. This vital position maintains cases as well as the certifying and re-certifying of family eligibility. You will certify and authorize care hours, update family information, approve changes, and issue family referrals as needed. You will provide quality customer service for all clients and internal support departments, and ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data. You will perform childcare orientations at various county/government Regional Offices. You may also conduct site visits to various locations. Other key duties include conducting childcare orientations and outreach activities, as well as represent the agency at community events. Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $20 - $22
