- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Internet research skills
Coordinate the timely preparation and submission of individual lot Building Permits Coordinate all permit submittals Plan preparation Facilitate communication with architects Support the department with administrative duties. Other duties as assigned.
