Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into relevant databases or software, ensuring all data are up-to-date and usable
- Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly
- Manage email correspondence efficiently, responding to external and internal communications in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to create and maintain organized and precise records
- Perform calculations and other numerical tasks with accuracy
- Organize files systematically for easy data retrieval when needed
- Utilize 10 Key Skills to ensure speedy and accurate data entry
- Employ scanning technologies for document digitization
- Maintain a high typing speed and accuracy rate to facilitate efficient data entry.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong typing skills are essential for this role
- Ability to perform calculations with accuracy and speed
- Familiarity with 10 Key Skills is required
- Experience in providing customer service
- Proficient in email correspondence
- Capable of organizing files in an efficient manner
- Experience in data entry is necessary
- Skills in scanning documents and other materials.
