Key responsibilities
- Creates project with correct ticket workflows and boards
- Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
- Creates and handles the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments
- Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable
- Supplies detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status
- Brings together figures from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into recommendations
- Directs the daily stand-ups, seeing to it they are focused, brief, and timely
- Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner
- Drives project planning
- Aids to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests
- Complies with Product Owner/Product Manager to make certain that the product vision and high-level business objectives are explicit and practical
- Help cross-product teams to manage dependencies
- Creates schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
- Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
- States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
- Cooperates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
- Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
- Work in close cooperation with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst
- Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively
- Work in close collaboration and communicates with developers, technical team members, designers, and stakeholders
