- Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
- Establish completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
Requirements
- Strong communication and social skills
- 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Assist Visitors experience
- Foundational knowledge in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Daily Mail experience preferred
- Proficiency in back office support
