What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Business Partner position at Robert Half?
Classification: HR Business Partner
Compensation: $52.25 to $60.50 hourly
• Key Aspects of the role: Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Performance Management and Staffing **Please note that there will be little to no actual recruiting**
• Working with each of their 9 Senior Living locations/sites to assist with any HR programs, policies, procedures or employment laws.
• Advise and counsel managers and employees on a wide variety of organizational and employee performance issues.
• Be an advocate for client groups and providing feedback to leadership on challenges and concerns facing the group.
• Work cross-functionally with other HSL professionals to support the development and implementation of organizational programs, systems, and initiatives.
• Assist in the collection and reporting of employee metrics to support organizational and business decisions.
• Support and ensure data and systems integrity in relation to employee transactions through regular processing and auditing of employee information via HRMS
• Partner with HR specialists in communicating benefit and compensation policies and practices to all staff.
BA/BS with a minimum of 5-8 years of Human Resource Generalist experience.
Must have demonstrated experience in managing a variety of employee relations issues, counseling all levels of staff, while working in an environment of change.
Successful track record recruiting for a wide variety of professional and non-exempt positions
Strong knowledge of employee relations & HR legal/regulatory issues
Strong problem solving and written/verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills required.
Prior experience supporting multiple locations/facilities.
HR certification preferred.
