Responsibilities
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and ensure completion of new hire paperwork
- Handle all aspects of HR Administration, including maintaining employee records and organizational charts
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and postings
- Administer benefits, including enrollment, claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees
- Work closely with employees and supervisors to educate, create, process, and maintain all aspects of FMLA and PFML leaves of absence
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a sense of urgency in all tasks
- Exhibit strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills
- Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, and Compliance.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is required.
- Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.
- Knowledge of Ceridian HRMS is necessary.
- Experience with About Time software is a must.
- Ability to conduct Background Checks in compliance with non-discriminatory policies.
- Understanding of Benefit Functions is important.
- Experience in Compensation Administration is a plus.
- Knowledge of Compliance in HR practices is necessary.
