Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of bi-weekly payroll and perform reconciliations of payroll activities.
- Act as the main contact for all HR-related questions, complaints, and requests.
- Develop and implement organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Lead full cycle recruiting and staffing efforts to meet staffing requirements.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of staff, promoting open communication and feedback.
- Conduct investigations when required, provide coaching, and document findings.
- Lead and execute company recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of training matrices.
- Coordinate ongoing training for all staff, including yearly Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety trainings.
- Lead benefit orientations and open enrollment activities.
- Oversee the onboarding process for all new hires, including corresponding paperwork and administrative setup.
- Manage employee relations, including the development and retention of employees to support business needs.
- Proficient in Benefit Functions
- Knowledge of Compliance procedures
- Strong Employee Relations skills
- Experience with Hiring Processes
- Proficient in Full Cycle Recruiting
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Experience with Full Cycle Payroll
- Familiarity with the Paylocity system.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Supervisor or Senior HR Generalist
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Human Resources or a business related field
- Knowledge of full cycle recruiting and hiring processes
- Proficient with full-cycle payroll processing
- Strong background in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Demonstrated ability to oversee benefit functions, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Proficiency in using HR software and databases
- Professional certification in Human Resources would be a plus.
