This role will be a combination of administrative tasks and customer service, with a focus on maintaining accurate employee records and providing support in various HR processes.Responsibilities:• Accurately process and enter data into HRIS, ensuring all employee information is up-to-date.• Offer detail oriented and courteous assistance to employees as the first point of contact in the HR Office.• Manage onboarding processes, including ATS and employee documentation.• Assist in processing FMLA paperwork as needed.• Provide administrative support across the HR department.• Create and file letters of discipline or termination in adherence to company policies.• Monitor the General Inbox, promptly addressing any employee queries or concerns.• Utilize Microsoft Suite effectively for various tasks and communications.• Oversee the completion and submission of time-sensitive documents, primarily for Union employees.• Handle new permanent documentation and interim employee forms efficiently.• Use various HR tools and software including ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Auditing, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Customer Service, Oracle, Oracle JDeveloper, Taleo Recruiting Software, and Taleo.
