Your responsibilities

- Own the accurate submission of data

- File, copy and faxing for multiple departments

- Oversee office facility

- Route calls to the appropriate individuals

Requirements

- Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to manage, lead change and build process improvements

- Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired

- Finish tasks independently

- Eagerness to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

- Well-founded grasp of Interprets

- Command of Review

- Strong familiarity with About Time

- Troubleshoot experience

- Proven knowledge of Retirement Plan

- Experience with Analytical Skills

- General familiarity with EO/IR systems

- Comprehensive knowledge of planning
