Marketing Assistant

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Tucson, Arizona. This role falls within the industry of marketing, with a focus on enhancing brand awareness and planning marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be involved in a range of tasks from managing customer relationships to creating compelling advertisements.

Responsibilities

• Organize and proof-read marketing materials to ensure accuracy and coherence
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain customer relationships through effective use of CRM tools
• Create engaging advertisements and assist in planning marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the increase of brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives
• Manage projects efficiently using project management tools
• Monitor and analyze Facebook Insights to understand customer preferences and trends
• Collaborate with the team in the development and execution of marketing strategies
• Assist in managing the marketing budget processes to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for creating and editing marketing materials
• Write and edit content for blogging to boost online presence and engagement.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to interpret data from Facebook Insights
• Experience in creating and managing Advertisements on various platforms
• Comfortable with Blogging and other forms of written content creation
• Understanding of Brand Awareness and its importance in marketing
• Familiarity with Budget Processes, including planning and tracking
• Experience in Campaign Planning and execution
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and tracking projects.
