We are seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to work with our health care industry client in Baltimore, MD. This is a 12-month contract position that will be hybrid, with a combination of remote work and on-site work required. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in support of the O365 tenant, Exchange Online, Intune, and modern management.
Responsibilities:
• Work in conjunction with the Architect to provide subject matter expertise in support of the O365 tenant, Exchange Online, Intune, and modern management.
• Design and implement Office 365 tenant and mobile and device management within Intune.
• Provide support for Exchange Online and perform migration and support of migration tasks.
• Write scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team.
• Solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting.
• Work with face-to-face customer engagement skills and explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand.
Requirements
• 4 years overall IT experience.
• 4 - 6 years’ experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena.
• 4 – 6 years’ experience with Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks.
• Experience with designing and implementing Office 365 tenant and Mobile and device management within Intune.
• Experience in designing and implementing Exchange Online.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand.
• MCSA: Office365 and MCSE: Productivity certifications are a bonus.
• Background check and drug screening are required.
