Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer applications for credit and other services
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of customer credit information
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
- Utilize accounting software systems for the processing and record keeping of transactions
- Ensure adherence to ADP financial services standards and regulations
- Create and manage banner ads for promotional purposes
- Utilize computer programs for various administrative tasks
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing high quality service and support
- Perform clerical duties and billing functions as needed.
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Experience in creating Banner Ads
- Strong ability to use various Computer Programs
- Experience with CRM software
- Proficiency in using About Time software
- Comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls
- Knowledge of Billing Functions
- Experience in Clerical Duties
- Excellent Communication skills
