We are offering an opportunity for a Property Accountant to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role is crucial to our operations, where you will collaborate closely with property managers and association boards, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for numerous residential communities.Responsibilities:• Conduct monthly financial reporting in a timely manner.• Accurately and efficiently close multiple properties, delivering complete financial packages on a monthly basis.• Establish effective communication with Property Managers and Association Boards.• Examine general ledger accounts for any discrepancies and provide explanations for budget variances.• Aid in the annual budget process.• Collaborate with auditors during the year-end.• Ensure the maintenance of detailed balance sheets.• Utilize software such as Vantaca, and Excel, MS Word in performing accounting functions.• Implement skills in Account Coding, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accrual Accounting, Financial Reporting, Month End Close, General Ledger, HOA, and Professional Associations.
