Requirements
- Incoming phone call management skills desired
- Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Customer service and office administrative skills
- Strong organization skills
- Be detailed, flexible, and organized
- Data entry experience preferred
- Foundational knowledge in scanning
- Solid understanding of Answering Inbound Calls
- Strong familiarity with Auto Parts
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
