What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Robert Half?
Our client, a rapidly growing, alternative energy related manufacturer located in south Jersey seeks a recruiter with experience recruiting welders, painters and other blue-collar roles to join their dynamic team! In this hybrid role you will be responsible for consistently recruiting candidates to fill all openings. This will include posting roles on various sites, using Linked-In, attending job fairs and attending networking type events to develop a deep "bench" of these individuals.
Requirements
The successful recruiter will possess the following qualifications:
5 years of recruiting for welders, painters etc.
Some engineering recruiting experience would be a plus!
A positive attitude, high energy and desire to be part of an exciting environment with a company in high growth mode!
