What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales/Admin Assistant position at Robert Half?
Robert Half is immediately looking to identify a driven Sales/Admin Assistant to support the Regional VP and a portfolio of clients for a very lucrative business.
Summary:
This is a great opportunity for someone not interested in solely sitting behind a desk. This individual will be required to travel with the Regional VP daily/weekly to attend client appointments within DMV area on a daily basis. They will be responsible for providing support on an administrative, sales, and client basis such as assisting with meeting preparation, attending the meetings, filling out client orders, light client follow up/correspondence, monitoring of emails and messages, and holding the Regional VP accountable of all deadlines, appointments, and scheduled engagements.
Hours are going to vary, but will always be within standard business hours. It is important this person is flexible and able to start as early as 7am or 7:30am. Some weeks they may work 30 hours and some weeks could be up to 50 hours, but it ultimately all works out to average 40 hrs a week. This is a salaried position that will also have the potential to earn a monthly bonus based on quota goals met.
This individual will only need to commute to the Baltimore/Pikesville office as all meetings will be attended together by use of the company car which includes a driver and dedicated workstation within the vehicle so the Sales/Admin Assistant can perform work in the car between meetings. Will have dedicated time in the office at least 1 week a month and as needed at the end of the day which can be anywhere from 3pm to 5pm.
Salary : $55,000 - $62,000
