- Generating sales reports and preparing presentations
- Working sales showroom floor and assisting customers as needed
- Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed
- Facilitating the promotion of company products and services
- Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical and clerical tasks
- Handling preparations for and attending trade shows and conventions
- Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally, providing superior service
- Providing all other Sales Assistant-related duties as needed
Requirements
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required
- Exceptional social skills, previous experience coordinating projects, and able to work well with all internal personnel, outside clients and vendors
- Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Sales Activity
- Retail Sales experience desired
- Sales experience highly desired
- Communication experience
- Deep understanding of customer service
- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
