Responsibilities
- Research, document, and implement tech training curriculum to assist end users with the new ERP system
- Develop and maintain business process functions
- Gather and document business requirements
- Manage changes and configurations within the ERP system
- Conduct class instructions for end users based on the developed curriculum
- Document all processes and changes in the ERP system.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Functions.
- Proven experience in Business Requirement Document creation and management.
- Demonstrated ability in Change Management and Configuration Management.
- Proficiency in Requirements Gathering.
- Experience in Class Instruction and Curriculum Development.
- Strong Documentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
